Worst, Unsafe, Provider I’ve ever experienced
Telehealth
She ordered the wrong dosage of my medications multiple times. Even after I messaged her, she ordered it incorrectly again. The next month, she ordered the wrong dosage of a different medication again. Also, I’ve been on a particular antidepressant for multiple years. I messaged her 10 days before my refill was due and told her that I needed it filled before I went on vacation. She never called it in despite messaging her multiple times. I had terrible withdrawal (I didn’t even know that you could have withdrawal from an antidepressant). I couldn’t work and felt like I was dying. This happened 3 times in a matter of 8 months. The only way she would respond is if I scheduled another appointment with her and paid (even though I already paid to see her every 3 weeks. I’m considering reporting her to the Board of Nursing.
