I had been going to Larry for quite some time. Off the bat he strikes me as a thoughtful individual. However as time went on, I realized he was just manipulating and insulting me with backhanded comments in which he thought would help me. For instance, whenever I told him something he would just say that they were cognitive distortions even though that was not what I was getting at. I felt like he would constantly judge me whenever I had a problem, and scold me for speaking up about it. He would constantly bring in false diagnoses, pushing me to have confrontations with my parents even after the first/second meetings I had with him. The majority of my visits with him has not been kind, and I feel worse and worse after each time. I would want to keep this short as it is, but I really do not want anyone seeing this man, and hope u all see him as the monster he really is.

Larry is the best! He is very kind and it’s obvious he truly cares. His gentle demeanor put me at ease right away and it was very easy to talk to him. He has a great personality! He has a wealth of knowledge and resources that have helped me through the variety of difficulties I have experienced in my life. He returns phone calls promptly and he’s always been to offer support whenever there’s been a crisis in my life or I am struggling. Working with Larry has improved my life more than I ever would’ve thought possible!

I have been working with Larry for 4 years this month. He has been an incredible source of guidance and support through many ups and downs. Larry strikes the perfect balance - he is kind and gentle, an exceptional listener, but also challenges me in all the right ways when he feels I am ready for it. Since starting my sessions with him, I have moved to New York City to work as a psychiatrist - and I still choose to make the commute into New Jersey for appointments. His flexibility makes this possible. Larry is truly a professional in his field, and I would not hesitate to refer my own patients to him.

Larry is an amazing therapist! I have worked with him for 2 years. He is kind, warm, caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I always feel heard and never judged. I trust that Larry will always give me guidance with my best interests in mind. Therapy can be tough, it takes work to achieve personal growth, but if you have someone like Larry guiding you it makes the journey much easier.

I have seen Larry on a biweekly basis for just over 5 years. I've been referred to a number of therapists in my life and Larry is the only one who has stuck. Larry listens extraordinarily well and has empowered me with a number of techniques to handle my anxiety and issues with ocd. He has also helped me through a number of difficult times where I needed the advice of someone trustworthy and rational who would tailor his therapeutic methods to my personal goals. I've always felt accepted, heard, and never judged by him. His ability to personally relate with my struggles is one of his best virtues and it helps humanize the therapist-client relationship we have. He listens but is not passive. If you really want help and not someone who will simply tell you what you want to hear, he's the man, though when he interjects it is always done with great gentleness and compassion. An extra plus for a busy person like me is that he will give you appointment reminders in case you forget.

Larry is Excellent Every Time I see him , which is weekly. Larry is a seasoned professional who is extremely knowledgeable and has superior skills. He has many specialties and the one that benefits me the most is his experience in treating TRAUMA. As a survivor of an event on 911 2001, his expertise in this area has benefited me so much. I had been treated incorrectly for so many years, life has been a struggle until I met Larry some 16 months ago. He's great ! He's a good therapist , a good man, compassionate , thorough and really really has helped me. I see him every week for 16 months now. Hell would freeze over if i didn't see him all the time, except once in a blue moon, if something comes up. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone who needs a great therapist !

Awful, just awful, one of the worst people I have ever worked with. A nasty, petty manipulative individual.
