I have to agree 100 % withS. Kinzer, I just left the Grove City office with the same opinion. The black haired young woman at the 1st station is totally rude and obnoxious to say the least. She has cost Dr. Gill two more customers being myself and my wife. I am not like most people thinking I have to have their services. You see they work for me,I don't work for them !

It's a shame I have to give Dr. Gill a bad review he himself is amazing but the staff that worked under him at the Broadway location are horrible. They lost my information after being a patient for 20+ Years. They also called multiple times being very rude and when I went in in person to get my prescription released they were rude condescending and one of the newer girls felt the need to yell back at me as I left the building. Dr Gill lost a patient because of his staff. S. Kinzel
