Very sweet but extremely talkative and slow. very old and outdated equipment, and not too confident in his accuracy anymore, but if you like a courteous friendly environment, and dont mind listening to stories from the past for 4xs the legnth of your appt., this is your guy. It is very easy to get an appointment, his schedule is usually totally open so one plus is that scheduling is a breeze and he is pretty flexible, but it will still be a 45 min. call by the time he stops blabbering.
