Lea was easy to works with and provided plenty of good information. She took the time needed to discuss my issues and preferences. Time limits were only related to typical limits in institutional healthcare. I am leaving only because Lea is no longer practicing senior care.

Not Responsive
Lea and her team were good to interact with when you were in her office. Afterwards if you needed to call in their responsive time was extremely poor. For example, I called in letting them know I just got a positive COVID test. I was asking for the COVID meds that need to be administered within 5 days of beginning symptoms. It is a day later and no response. The call center knows nothing about their operation. All they can do is take a message and tell you they will get back to you when they can. This not the place to go if you have any health issues!!
