Leah Paskar has a more profound positive impact on my life and mental health than almost any other person in my life. She's kind, patient, insightful and just really clearly cares about my wellbeing as a patient. She's the sort of therapist you know you could call in a crisis and trust to help you. She's the sort of therapist who never judges and always helps. She's flexible, and not stuck in any framework for understanding problems or helping resolve them. Really the best.
