The office assistant, or whomever makes the appointments, is a horrible reflection of the practice. I cancelled my first and only appointment because I found the person on the other end of the phone to be rude and impatient. If I am left with a bad feeling after just calling to make the therapy appointment, I highly doubt the actual appointment would’ve improved my mental health at all. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve never had the opportunity to meet her. I’m leaving this reviewed based off of my experience with the office! The office assistant is horrible! It was extremely stressful trying to schedule an appointment and get a returned call! It just made my anxiety level go to 100! I’m so disappointed!!!!

I hate to result to a review, but unfortunately we are here. It really hurts me to leave this here because I never even had a chance to speak directly to Ms. Hite. However, my first experience with this office was literally horrible. I understand your assistant isn’t you, but she is a reflection of your business. Whether it is yours or not. To start, I may be assuming, but If there is someone that is working in a MENTAL HEALTH facility that behaves this way. It seems to me that the behavior is accepted and no one cares that they conduct business this way. As a client, it is a turn off, because if you could care less how your clients are treated with their first interaction. Why would I believe that the Counselor actually cares about my health, and well being? I was only able to speak to the Assistant, Ms. Green. She, to me, is your frontline.
