Almost impossible to get an appointment, when you do they wait until the same day to call you to tell you to reschedule (three times), provider will cancel your appointment if you schedule telehealth, frankly refuses care and shows no concern for the patient yet the patient waits over an hour past appointment time

The front staff greets me with a smile and work together as a team seeing a young man working the front desk is refreshing, kudos for adding a Male to the team, medical assistant as well greet you and are very helpful, The Doctor's or the PAs so at ease feel like I am in the right area for my health.Thank You to the Team at the Santuary
