I see Lenore Chen; Nurse Practitioner. Lenore is kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and knows how to deal with complex mental illnesses. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good psychiatrist. The office staff is also wonderful and helpful. I see Brendan for monthly injections and he is also very caring and helpful. Lenore and Brendan helped me lower my injection cost through their pharmacy. I am so thankful for caring doctors and nurses like these. Thank you.

This, nurse practitioner, treats my wife for psychiatric problems and Lenora no idea what she is doing. My wife has lost her job and is a complete mess after seeing Lenora Chen for several months.

Horrible. All she ever did was constantly change my medication, failing to focus on the side effects. She didn't listen. Most of the time she called her husband for help and he's just as useless. She was also very rude. After explaining to her about the cause of my depression and problems in my life, she defended my abuser. That's when I decided to stop visiting her.

Lenore was my nurse practitioner at Houston Adult Psychiatry. She failed to explain possible side-effects of the ~four medications I was prescribed, even though her charts inaccurately state that I was informed of possible side-effects. She even asked me if I drank once, and when I replied no, she told me that a few drinks would not hurt, even though I was prescribed antipsychotic meds that interact with alcohol. She may appear kind but she is absolutely clueless and should not be practicing.
