About 3 months after undergoing a left bicep tendon reattachment and repair in April 2017, my surgeon prescribed physical therapy for strengthening the tendon. Ms. Leslie Barrack was my physical therapist. Initially, I dreaded having to go through PT, but I knew it was necessary. Leslie set up a great stretching and exercise regimen for the appointments and for my home exercise program. Following her advise, I was able to complete PT ahead of schedule and get released from my surgeon.
