Horrible, rude, condescending
Absolutely rude, condescending, unprofessional. Made us wait well over >90 minutes inside the exam room, claiming Convenient Care was busy. Talked to me extremely rudely, dismissing my concerns, etc. The exam rooms were NOT busy at all - there were 30-50 people waiting in line after we left (at 4:30 pm) and the nurses were doing hardly anything - tons of sick people did not receive care so the nurses in Convenient Care could go home early and not do much work. I have never seen anything like this in other hospital systems. Carle and Nurse Hill are the worst.
