Dr. Lester Eisenberg, OD

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Lester Eisenberg at Cohen’s Fashion Optical in Plantation, Florida. My wife and I went in for a routine eye exam with Dr. Eisenberg and was prescribed new glasses. After getting the prescriptions filled, not with Cohen’s Fashion Optical, we quickly realized that something was off—our vision was worse, not better. We went to another optometrist to get our eyes rechecked and found out that Dr. Eisenberg’s prescription was wrong for both me and my wife. When trying to contact the office to address the issue, the staff was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. They never got back to us and treated as if we were an inconvenience rather than a patient with a genuine concern. I tried calling the office multiple time to no success. The poor customer service and lack of accountability from both the optometrist and the staff have left me completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. It's clear that patient care is not their priority.
