I had a very poor visit with Dr. Vaughan. She came into the office room, barely introduced herself, asked what was wrong and then proceeded to cut me off before I finished explaining. When I asked follow up questions, she cut me off and tried to answer what she thought I was asking which was incorrect, leading me to repeat multiple questions. I still have questions but decided to hold them back because I felt rushed, judged, and like I was an inconvenience to her. I didn't feel like I was being listened to nor did I feel like she created a comfortable environment for me to be able to express my concerns.

Dr. Vaughan is the best. Been seeing her in the Schaumburg office. Very caring, sympathetic to your needs and provides great alternatives if needed. Goes above and beyond. Make sure you ask for her, you won't be disappointed. Great provider.

Request for Dr. Vaughan, is well-known and Trusted person in the Northwest Suburbs and she is the person you would like to have if you visit any womenscare facility in the Burbs. Always Very attentive, listens and explains everything in detail; I Highly recommend her.
