Dr. Kalady did an excellent job explaining everything that the tests results revealed. She even called my Hearing Aids factory to get detailed information so that she could make sure my hearing aids were performing to top standards. Her state of the Art Equipment equipment gave us plenty of information which she showed me in detail where my hearing problems were. She also performed numerous tests to to pinpoint where my hearing issues were. I was very Satisfied with her Professionalism and Confident in her recommendations to me. I highly recommend Dr. Kalady.

I have been with Dr. K for almost 3 years starting with the hearing evaluation and fitting of new hearing aids. I found it to be a bigger adjustment than anticipated to wear and use them. Dr K would patiently listen and answer Each and Every question. At times I had trouble with the equipment malfunction and she would not stop until she found the cause and fixed it!When adjustments are made based on the annual evaluation, she schedules me to come back repeatedly until we get it to both her and my satisfaction .When I do have a problem or “symptom “, like volume control or plugged up feeling, she immediately knows the cause and what to do to fix it. And does just that! When finding user error to be the issue she patiently instructs me on the correct way of doing it (again).I have only positive thoughts to share about Dr K and the way that she cares for my needs. I’m glad that I started this journey to improved hearing and look forward to continuing it with her.
