We were able to discuss the follow up to my health issue. I received a hard diagnosis and Judy was very empathetic to my feelings.

She worked very fast, I trust that she inputted all factual data correctly. She was very cordial & professional, but given that I'm under extreme Stress currently, I do wish she would have been warmer, and intentionally kinder. A simple smile would have gone a long way to help me feel better! I'm actually pretty Good-Natured (when not so stressed), but today just really needed a more sympathetic, 'human' touch - rather than an uncaring, distanced, clinical approach.

Courteous, listened, knowledgeable and had a plan.

I basically told her what I wanted to do in terms of treatment based on what I googled and that was it. Really not helpful in thinking out a plan and instead just agreed to what I suggested based on my limited knowledge. Waste of time.

She was very professional and kind. She took time to listen to my concerns. Great experience!

Ms. Zhu came in, asked sensible questions, then took me out to make a colonoscopy appt. Very fast and efficient but not hurried.

Her attitude was condescending & rude. She acted like I was dumb for asking the questions that I asked. Dr. Mourani is a great doctor but I will not see the NP again for an appointment. Probably would have asked a few more questions, but did not want confrontation. She did not ask me if I had any questions for her either.

Colonoscopy

She kept interrupting me when i answered her questions or asked my own. Then she would repeat her own questions while I was trying to answer them. During her exam, she poked me hard (down there) and asked if it hurt and when i said yes, she said she didn't poke me anywhere that made sense. Then i told her it was because she poked so hard and she did not apologize, but interrupted me again. It seems like she does not like people or her job--as if she wanted the visit to be ten seconds long or shorter. Then i remembered i had seen her before in another visit years before, and i remembered she treated me the same way back then. Quite terrible impatience.

I had to keep asking questions and asking for information as she didn’t answer my questions well and didn’t provide information about my condition.

The entire staff was great. I was particularly impressed not having to wait a great amount of time to be seen.
