She is a true professional and is 100% focused on shielding children from ongoing parental conflict. She has a no nonsense approach that eliminates trivial discussions and she has a notable ability of minimizing conflict. Wonderful parenting coordinator and person, could not be more grateful for all her help. I had experienced quite the opposite with another person in this field and it made an already horrible situation so much worse, having Lilian as our PC truly has calmed things down and I am forever grateful. As a bonus, she is wonderful with kids.

Lillian is an excellent therapist. She has my family member face her issues In a supportive compassionate manor. She gets to the heart of the problem and provides direction which translates to being afforded a better quality life. Much stress and turmoil is relieved after seeing her. Not the best. Suggest reading all reviews before you agree to this therapist. Once I changed offices my problem was resolved very fast. Therapist is strange.

Lilian is an excellent therapist. She has always been available to me and my child during the process of reunification therapy with her father. She does not hesitate to tell you when you are wrong and that is how some patients may believe she does not cater to their feelings. What is right is right and wrong is wrong. Would and have recommended her with my eyes closed.

Lillian understands more than most therapists, and is not afraid to tell you like it is. She won’t waste your money, and will guide you in he right direction whether it’s with her help, or somebody else’s. I only wish that more individuals in this field were as professional and honest as Lillian.

I have seen Lilian for years, and she has been a life saver. She is an excellent therapist. Her secretary is only there part time. If you leave a message you will always get a call back. Blanca her secretary is equally amazing.

As a therapist she invalidates your feelings and makes you feel small. Probably not a good approach for patients experiencing anxiety/depression, or simply those that have fallen on difficult times. A properly "trained" therapist knows better. Not a good experience!

Terrible experience. Saw her once and that was quite enough. I really don't know why she is this field. I was bawling my eyes put and she showed no compassion or sympathy. She made my issues seem insignifant. I will never forget this horrible experience.

Horrible therapist. You can't get her to respond to phone calls or return calls. I had an emergency situation regarding my child she promised to call back NOTHING. My X continues to violate court order Lilian Pfeiffer does nothing. Since I started seeing her things have gotten worst instead of better. She is the worst therapist I have ever been to. I wouldn't care if it wasn't because this involves my child.

Lilian is very dedicated and has a heart of gold. She brings brilliant insight to problematic situations and never wanes on pointing out repeated behavior in new ways, which is very important when trying to unlearn negative habits.Her pointing out irrational thinking and her relentless, yet always compassionate guidance to avoid it have been extremely helpful to me.
