I know that a lot of people lose weight on this program. I'm not one of those people. This was my experience:1. Administrative. Less than stellar. Lost my paperwork. Took forever to be accepted, onboarded to the program. Miscommunications were frequent. Lab results were a mess and took forever to complete. Sometimes the office manager as abrupt and unprofessional. My first meal replacement was incorrectly sent. I received eight boxes of Vanila powder. 2. Support is essentially worthless. It's hard to reach these people. They have weekly 'support' groups and the first one I attended was about weight loss drugs. Less about support and more of an info system.3. Communication. The program has a ton of rules, information and processes you need to follow. The doctor throws all this at you the first time you meet. There is so much information it's essentially overwhelming. 4.
