Just like another review states, Dr. Cawog also gave me the wrong prescription. Then when I came back in (I was in 4 times in 2 months) I gave her the glasses and told her they were bothering me. She said the lenses were off-center, but not incorrect. She explicitly encouraged me to continue wearing the wrong prescription. I had debilitating migraines for 4 weeks. When I came back in to have them changed, it was only then she confirmed the prescription was off, but blamed it on the lab and took 0 responsibility. So I'm not sure what's more concerning: that she gave me glasses w/ the wrong prescription in the first place or that it took her 4 weeks to determine they were wrong, even after I complained of discomfort. She had 0 accountability, never apologized and when I left a review she emailed me from her personal email to tell me i was wrong. Coincidentally, the negative (but not inaccurate) review I left isn't there anymore. So yeah...would not recommend this doctor.

Meeting Doctor Cawog and her office is a very bad experience. She made a prescription, and I made the lens, and found out the prescription is not accurate( eyes not comfortable), and the office refused to see the patient again, the administrative assistant is very rude in the phone and very long time for the wait. Also, during the visit she was urgent and not patient with me, I did not get enough and trustworthy result I want. Her assistant had a terrible attitude on explaining and force and customer to pay at front, even for medical visit, and no bills mailing afterwards. And while making appointment, their attitude is horrible and have very long time waiting. Her professionalism is terrible and not responsible for the prescription result she gave, I would never recommend other patient to see her in the office. sincerely.
