Very judgmental, felt rushed, didn’t explain things, ordered a test without telling me why. Subpar provider at best.

My wife is a patient. After receiving results from her recent yearly check up my wife became concerned and confused with what what she was told. After posing some questions to the office my wife was told she would be getting a pamphlet in the mail. No offer to sit down and go over the results personally with her and answer her questions. Only after insisting we meet with the doctor again because of the confusion of her results were we able to book an appointment over a week later. With the appointment approaching my wife call today to confirm and was told we would have to pay almost $200 out of pocket for that appointment since we requested it. Are you kidding me?? All we want is to be clued in as to what her results mean from the doctor, not a pamphlet. My wife has concerns and questions about her results and unless we pay $200 we won't get those answers now. I have never seen a doctor's office treat a patient in this matter who has concerns and questions from a test! Horrible!!
