I met Lindsay in New York. My interactions with her showed her to be a caring, intelligent professional. I trust her, and I believe that her dedication to her patients and her job are tops. Doing what she does, it's inevitable that there will be patients who are both thrilled by and disappointed with one's performance. But I cannot see the previous one star review as being in any way balanced or correct.
