Frustrated with billing
Scheduled a procedure - Arrived at the appointment and PA, who was recovering from hand surgery, was unable to perform the procedure. Why wasn't I rescheduled to not waste time and money. Billed for 2 office visits. Procedure went fantastic a month later. Lindsay and her MA did a great job! However, my card was charged with no communication. No bill was ever mailed or e-mailed. Call the office to ask about the charge and the office staff hung up on me. Called billing department and they couldn't tell me what the charge was for. Before the procedure, I was specific that I did NOT want labs done. Guess what?! I now have a bill for labs. Plenty of dermatology offices to pick from. Don't pick this one.
