Dr. McCoy put herself out as a MD on a sworn affidavit, despite only being a nurse practitioner. A torts claim which had been ongoing for years was dismissed largely due to the court, and STATE OF TENNESSEE faulting the patient/litigant for the affiant presenting to be a MD when she was not. What happen next for about three years to distort, convolute and conceal her poor choice was damned near unbelievable. No matter who you allow to provide medical treatment to you, always record your visits.
