Dr. Lindsay Mitchell Hernandez, PHD

3 minutes into my visit, after explaining her process, which included how often she sees patients, every 2 weeks to every 2 months, she was ready to book me for 5 visits. When I said I wasn't sure if I was a good fit yet, she raised her voice and said I was 'combative.' I quietly said I wasn't sure if I was going to continue, let alone how often as we hadn't even begun. She then called me 'argumentative.' Should have walked out then, but continued. After her first question, my response was met with a head nod and 'Uh huh, yes, I see.' It was evident she wasn't listening. So I asked two questions, neither yes or no. To both, she responded with a head nod and 'Uh huh, yes, I see.' I told her she wasn't listening and again she raised her voice and called me rude and disrespectful. She said this wasn't going to work if I was going to be that way. I told her this wasn't going to work if she doesn't listen to her patients. I walked out. Don't waste your time or money with Dr. Hernandez.
