Great communicator. Very thorough.

She is the best PCP I've had. She's a little over cautious at times but with my multiple health issues, I actually like that. Even with my rare diseases I've found it very refreshing that I didn't have to explain any of them. She was able to tell me about them. She really cares about her patients. She is well educated. She tends to over explain things at times like I don't already know about it but I also understand that not everybody knows a lot of the stuff I've learned about my own conditions.

She looks very young so it is a little shocking! I trust her, I find her to be very intelligent, thorough and caring.

I have been seeing her for several years as my primary provider. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities to address my medical needs.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received as a regular patient of Lindsay Urso. She took my concerns seriously and was not afraid to make recommendations. She remembers me from one visit to the next, expresses interest as a person and then gets right down to business. I have confidence in her abilities to discern clues and make diagnoses. In an era where caregivers are graded by how many patients they can see in a day, she has always made me feel like I have her full attention.

If I could leave less than one star I would. This woman is one of the most unprofessional PAs/medical specialists I've ever met. She lacks communication skills, is presumptive and even interrupts like a girl with no manners. She physically hurt my arm in an exam rather than using her eyes only and sending me to the lab for Xrays. Maybe it's her ego and she thinks all female doctors should act like pushy snobs. She appeared to be listening when we met on numerous occasions, but after reviewing my chart, it's clear she was distracted or had lapses in memory ast the end of her day when it was time to make notes. There were numerous errors in our conversations, medications and a lack-of concerning my medical history and P/T that didn't work for me, yet I found in my paperwork she printed a wiki-type article suggesting I should exercise the joint.
