My child did not have the best experience with Lindsey. We chose her because she was the 1st available provider, and my child was in extreme discomfort. I am also a health care provider and at the initial appt., I sensed that she wasn’t really listening and didn’t really seem to care what I had to say. We tried her initial plan, and I went against my gut and hoped that my child’s issues were what she suspected. They were not. After another 6 weeks of pain, I called the office to ask if my child could get scheduled for a procedure to properly diagnose what was going on. I got a call back from the office that stated Lindsey “would order (the procedure), but didn’t think it was truly warranted”. We waited 2 more months to have the procedure, and my child had what I suspected all along. I was able to see his final results within 2 days of the procedure using the UPMC app. She never called with results! I called 10 days later to learn the tx plan. You will need to really advocate with her.
