Lindsey Carter is an excellent educator! My teenage daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. We have learned so much from Lindsey regarding how and what to eat, portion control, exercise ideas and how to live a healthy lifestyle overall. She has such a calm and soothing manner and personality that even a teenager listens! She really wants you to understand it, and questions you to make sure you understand everything that she has explained and taught you during your sessions with her.
