Horrible, uncaring, insensitive person I have ever met at Kaiser. She was impatient, rushed me through the process, kept on sighing as if she was annoyed when I had difficulty breathing through the spirometer, and made me feel very uncomfortable as I was wasting her precious time. Her attitude suddenly changed when people knocked on the door to talk to her, but then she would go back to her rude, uncaring demeanor as soon as the door closed. If she treated me that way, I wonder how horribly she treats the elderly when they have to do the spirometer test with her. I would definitely not recommend her and I will also make a complaint to Kaiser. Never have I been treated so horribly or so low by a person who works at Kaiser. She needs to improve her attitude and take a course in the golden rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
