Lisa's office is the most professional and caring place I have ever been. There is no one that spends as much time listening to my concerns than her office. They really are about their patients. Lisa does the best exam of anybody in Dallas. Her Optical guy is too notch. He really cares about how good I look. Maybe not the cheapest around but definitely the best.

I did not have a good experience at this office. My glasses never worked and there was no real interest in getting them fixed. I spent over $1200 for one pair of glasses I never wore. That's never happened to me before. The doctor is pleasant but her assistant who helps with frames and lenses is aloof and not interested in the patient.

I was a big fan until recently.
Thanks to the ACA my insurance changed. Hours before my appointment they called to tell me I was no longer covered under my ins- after over 10+ yrs.
I asked Dr. CB to call me- the first time I had asked that in the decade I had been her patient. She did not. I attempted to order contacts on-line which she refused to honor.
It's disappointing to be shrugged off by a previously trusted physician. When I needed her she was AWOL.
