She made me feel so comfortable and reassured every step of the way. She was so kind to me . I was very nervous about my visit because of my concerns and she made it feel like I was talking to a good friend or family member . She was Really professional and compassionate . I highly recommend her.

Lisa seemed disinterested and dismissive. She answered my questions in haste before I finished my sentences. Felt like she wanted to end the appointment quickly. Not warm or friendly. Not returning to receive care from and her and wouldn’t recommend to my family or friends.

I felt like Lisa was very dismissive of my questions and that she simply wanted the visit to be over. She did not take any measures to make my procedure more comfortable and left the room soon after without letting me know that I was supposed to check out. Overall, my experience was not great at all.

Lisa as well as the entire Vanderbilt Women's Health group is not to be trusted. Their staff is incredibly rude and Dr. Goehring always made me feel stupid, ignorant, and like I was just another number. I do not recommend.
