Grant required a new patient apt when others in practice don't. Explained it was so she knew my history before the physical. Coded it as a full exam so I was charged for an office visit. We went over the same history at annual physical 3 mo later. Tried to charge me $100 because she coded lab test incorrectly. Said I was previously diagnosed with high blood sugar but couldn't tell me when or who made diagnosis. Changed the subject and ignored me when I asked for answers.
