Lisa was highly recommended by my medical team. I planned to only attend a few sessions but I find the sessions to be very valuable in getting my health on track.. Lisa quickly discovered my issue is and provided a plan of action that works for my picky ways. She searched for vitamins that fit my needs and didn't contain ingredients I don't tolerate. She never pushed her way or products. Lisa is friendly, professional and knowledgeable in a variety of areas. I definitely recommend Lisa Hugh!

I'm not sure what I expected but it wasn't a hand written piece of paper ripped out of her yellow notepad. She kept trying to push buying online food even after I expressed I travel frequently. No measurements or weight was taken. No specific diet plan was prepared. Just a hand written yellow paper that stated eat meat and veggies. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend.
