The doctors are very helpful but the office manage
It was wonderful and the result of treatment was very helpful but after I paid out of my pocket full amount and my insurance reimbursement came to Dr. Johnson’s office , I have problem to get my insurance reimbursement back from the business. When I ask Michele Rayner office manager and also a person I made all payments to return my money, she kept giving me excuses and since February when she received last check from my insurance, I’ve been giving excuses and still did not receive my money back. It’s not professional and not acceptable. Dr Johnson I need my money back

Knowledgable and specialized treatment options
I saw Dr. Johnson for treatment of vaginismus briefly. After my second visit, I decided I wasn't ready for this treatment and stopped seeing her. If I decide to pursue treatment again in the future, I'll likely go back to Dr. Johnson because she seemed very knowledgable and friendly. She seemed to understand my issues and was eager to help and had a lot of ideas for treatment options, which was encouraging. She was professional and also made me feel comfortable and safe and her office was welcoming which is so important when dealing with such personal issues.

Pelvic prolapse
After 4 years of suffering symptoms that significantly limited my ability to live independently, I visited over 20 doctors in a variety of fields and remained undiagnosed. Nobody could explain my cluster of symptoms–episodes of painful bowel movements, upper back & neck muscle cramping and spikes in blood pressure that would literally floor me. I even sought help from holistic doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and made diet changes. My search stops when GI Dr John Southetland diagnosed me with pelvic disfunction and sent me to excellent Pelvic physical therapist Dr Lisa Johnson. She diagnosed me with pelvic prolapse and directed me to Dr Lennox Hoyte. After careful and detailed testing, Dr Hoyte told me I have problem passing stool due to pelvic prolapse and he performed success operation. Dr Lisa Johnson is outstanding therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, experience, great listener, spend extra time with patient and she is great person. I will be forever grateful.

Kind and personable, very knowledgeable. Lisa helped me understand my physical situation better than the doctor I was seeing! I wish there were more than five stars to give her!
