The doctor didn’t listen at all to what I was trying to tell her. I told her I couldn’t take pills and she told me she was going to prescribe it anyways after I told her not to and I couldn’t take them. And what I asked for to begin with she told me the whole time she didn’t want me to do it up until the end of the visit then she said “there’s no communication” and she said as well “well I was going to refer ___” she spoke very rudely with me and my support person. I was very clear from the beginning what I wanted and she kept telling me what SHE was going to do. She did not go through my birth plan or medications. She was very rude and entitled. She told me what to do instead of asking me what I can do. In all she was the only doctor I’ve ever had to treat me this way, all of the other doctors have been very nice and respectful except for her. Whatever she wanted to do was what she was going to do, she acted like she was in control of me and my desires for my pregnancy.

I would never recommend her to anyone. My video appointment went good but from there it was all downhill. I had an ultrasound and there were 2 issues, low heart rate and fluid around the sac. The ultrasound tech said they would probably do another in a week or so, which I desperately wanted so I didn't have to wonder if everything was ok. Lisa said she would see me in a month and we would schedule another ultrasound then. I wrote back but all my messages were answered by nurses, not Lisa. As far as I'm concerned Lisa could care less how you feel, especially knowing I've been through fertility treatments.

She was unprofessional. It was so horrible that I can’t even post it online.
