I recently (pre-pandemic) had some life changing events I was struggling to adjust too and then coupled with the crazy COVID pandemic. I was getting very anxious and stressed out so I did some research and decided to call Lisa, and I’m so glad I did. Lisa was very friendly, understanding, and non judge-mental, which was greatly appreciated. Lisa was awesome to talk too and helped me learn how to look at things through a different lens and helped me alter my thinking process, which ultimately reduced my stress and anxiety. She even suggested a book for me to read that also helped me. I would definitely recommend Lisa and I will be reaching out to her in the future if the need arises. Thanks Lisa!

She gives sound advice. However, she is not the most empathetic and will laugh and yell at you. She’s laughed in my face a few times after telling her something serious which stung. I don’t think she takes her patients seriously. Also yelling is a big trigger for me, but she still yelled at me a few times. Last time she did I held back tears and wanted to run out of the room. Yelling is unprofessional especially if it triggers patients. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Lisa can be a reassuring presence when you feel adrift in your day-to-day life. She responds promptly to communications and is conscientious with time-keeping.

Lisa provides just the right mix of advice and time to actually listen to you and understand what your needs are. During my time with her I have felt comfortable enough to have other members of my family involved in the sessions and they also walked away with helpful information. I have recommended her to fellow colleagues and friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I have been seeing Lisa for about a year and a half, mostly for anxiety, stress management, and working through being a new parent. I always feel much better after seeing her. She is very empathic but calls me out on my negative thinking. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
