Unhappy with the outcome of our counseling to say the least! Told her what I was battling against with an addicted family member. And after I called the addict's drug program many times for help and had called his probation officer for help many times, she called CPS on me for inaction. Got no support from probation either, but then Lisa said it was really all up to me as a parent. What the hell is a court-mandated drug program for then? Or formal probation?? If not to escalate when required. She also seemed to advocate for my addicted family member in a meeting rather than myself even though she was my counselor. The addict's counselor could not attend and often did not respond to my phone calls for assistance. There was a conflict there for counselors/advocates. I don't even think she's aware of that concept and I wonder what her qualifications are other than her own admitted alcohol abuse issues. She is excitable, bordering on explosive. Beware.
