Disastrous. They sold me glasses with the wrong prescription. Then they sold me frames that broke twice. I have about $1000 of unusable glasses. The assistant is pushy and arrogant. He recommends useless upgrades that drive the prices sky high. The optometrist is decent enough, but her business sense is questionable as evidenced by the presence of an untrained, incompetent ‘office manager.’ I believe that I could have come to a reasonable agreement with the optometrist to resolve these issues. But with the creepy presence of the assistant I just wanted to get out of that environment and not return as long as he is there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for several years. She is a nice doctor but every time I have an appointment I have to wait a minimum of 90 minutes after my appointment time.
