The worst.
Wow, Lisa takes the prize for the worst PA-C I've seen. Rude, dismissive and rushed through my entire appointment. Read the reviews and avoid her at all costs.

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR or PROFESSIONAL
PA, Lisa Statz was beyond words for being unprofessional, short, curt, unwilling to listen, or having any positive bedside manner with a patient. Very similar experience as another recent review, but was hoping that was an isolated situation. Well it wasn’t. I had the same experience. Lisa was like a freight train which certainly adds another level of stress to an appt. She didn’t even ask how I was or what I was in for before she examined and recommended a major and drastic 4 mo toxic treatment within 3 minutes, then I started to show her something else on my body she told me, that’s not what I am seeing you for today. Your chart said x. She then turned to her asst and asked and her asst concurred that I was in for Y too….. She was beyond rude!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR OR PROFESSIONAL!

Rushed and dismissive
Barely even got a minute to change into the johnny before she was there with her hand on the doorknob humming while waiting. The visit felt like a race track pit stop. The most rushed medical visit I’ve ever had. I had no chance to ask questions because she speed talked the entire time. Her stream of consciousness dump was only over when she was ready to get rid of me and I took that as my chance to ask a question. She appeared offended that someone else besides her was speaking and let me know she wouldn’t be looking at my area of concern because she would have seen it if it was a problem. (? Okay) So now I guess I need to go back to another derma, which I’m sure I’ll procrastinate on as I did with scheduling this visit. Fingers crossed it’s not cancer! Office staff is very nice though.

Lisa Statz is an amazing! She takes the time to listen to all your concerns and always follows up...something I always notice in a PA. She also has great technique with all her procedures...I know that because I'm a provider myself. I would definetly recommend my family and friends to her! I'll never see another dermatology provider again!
