Lisa has helped me so much, giving me clarity and support through many difficult times in my life. She has been very instrumental and incredibly helpful when it came to serious issues with various traumas I was dealing with. But most importantly, Lisa helped me gain back confidence, assertiveness and appropriate boundaries. I cannot recommend her enough.

Best decision I ever made
I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa. It has sincerely been one of the best decisions of my life to have lisa as my therapist. My sessions have been incredibly beneficial. Lisa has always made me feel at ease to discuss my issues, and has been able to help identify my issues. I have been with Lisa for 5 plus years and I can not recommend her enough.

Caring and honest
