If you want a provider that listens and cares, don’t waste your time with this one. After multiple visits, we still don’t have treatment. Office staff and nurses were nice, but sitting alone in a room with no other patients and still waiting over an hour stinks with a sick kiddo. Definitely don’t ask questions, you will be labeled as combative and you really won’t get anywhere. I wish the supervising physician could be reached. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

It was horrendous. The nurse was lovely, efficient, and had my test done in less than 10 minutes. All in all I have been here 3 hours and 21 minutes as of right now. When I asked warrington what the problem was, she yelled at me Told me there was lots ahead of me. A lie I checked the waiting room and I checked the parking lot. She will never make it as a doctor. I highly recommend that you go to one of the other good urgent care facilities in the area and let this one take a break since she obvious feels she is overworked
