I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 25 years of experience. My areas of expertise include: Trauma Therapy; Anxiety and Anxiety-related Disorders; Depression; and Life Challenges. My clinical framework primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I utilize any and other theory-based intervention; as appropriate.
