I was so excited for this appointment. I thought I would be educated on some things I didn't already know. I looked forward to reviewing recipes, bad eating habits and finding great alternatives. Instead I got a basic review of what to do better like add variety and count calories! I asked several times for something more tailored. I told Ms. Gloede my concerns before and after the appointment and she had no response but wanted to know how I wanted to pay. She not once addressed my main concern without me asking specific questions in order to stay on track. Not worth $150! Google it or find a personal trainer that can tell you more for less.
