Telehealth
Liz is an incredibly intelligent, empathetic, and curious therapist who always will work to get her patient what they need in session. I have been lucky enough to be a patient for many years and I would not be the person I am today without Liz’s guidance and care. She integrates so many modalities and is particularly well skilled at IFS and EMDR as well as the integration of the two.

Really smart, nice person. She was able to help me clarify what I needed to do to change a situation that had me stuck for a long time. I've seen other therapists in the past but I found her most effective.
