Telehealth
Most understanding, adaptive, knowledgeable, relatable therapist I’ve ever had. We used multiple modalities based on the issues at hand. My 2 years with her were life changing.

Lizette is great, and has really helped me expand my view of what therapy, self-reflection, and self-awareness can and should be. She is understanding and empathetic, but also helps me navigate self-doubt and negative self-talk. She has helped me work on owning what I am feeling and connecting it to myself, my experiences, and my path moving forward.

I am truly satisfied with Lizette. She is very understanding, warming and very easy to talk to. Lizette always finds a way to fit me into her schedule. She also uses different techniques to help me feel relax and I am a really anxious person.

It's hard to find a good therapist but I am glad I found Lizette! She is warm and friendly, completely understanding and empathetic (often more empathetic that I was towards myself) and helped me achieve a new level of self-awareness and understand how to trust myself. I can honestly say I am a new person thanks to her. I'm more confident than ever! Also as someone who is spiritually-inclined I was glad to see that she understood where I was coming from instead of poo-pooing me.
