Disappointing experience. She was very unprofessional in scheduling issues, and therapy for my son. She scheduled us for three Saturdays in a row to provide consistency for my son who's on the spectrum. Then, before our first appointment changed the schedule. Then we finally met and she suggested bumping us for an hour later. We showed up at the revised hour ( one hour later), then she denied having made any changes and insisted it was written on her calendar ( the original schedule). After I reminded her the details of our conversation she became upset and wouldn't admit she made a mistake instead she left my son and I standing at the door just before she closed the door on us. Unbelievable and disheartening. Honestly, I don't think I want someone who doesn't have professionalism and integrity working my son.

Not very professional! Nor trustworthy she never answer the phone to make an appointment. She doesn’t know what she is doing and doesn’t help at all. I don’t recommend her at all!!!

I have been to many therapists but she is my favorite one 10/10 she is very understanding and very trustworthy, love her!

Lizette is a very dedicated therapist, she's done incredible work with our family and has helped us understand how to work with our child's mental health diagnosis and we are incredibly grateful for her help!

Lizette is an amazing therapist, she works so well with children and teens. We've had her work with children who are in care and she is always able to establish rapport with her clients and helps them heal through trauma, I highly recommend her services!

I have been taking my children to her for almost a year. She is dedicated to providing quality service to her clients. I read the complaints and it sounds like people are not being professional and holding grudges and animosity that are not founded. As far as appts. She has never had my appts. Mixed up and she juggles all my children. Keep in mind if she is a little late she could be helping someone in a crisis. As for me, always on time. I would recommend her to anyone. Also I would definitely recommend her for children with trama, because I feel it is her speciality. One of her best qualities is she really knows her clients. You never feel like your in repeat mode all the time. Just great all around!

My visits with Lizette Munoz have been great. She takes her sessions seriously and makes the best of my visits. I personally have enjoyed going to see her for some time now. I highly recommend her for any therapy necessary.

Lizette has been so amazing for my family! She has helped my oldest child out of some serious crisis modes and helped us learn what coping and daily skills we need. She has also helped my other daughter with her anxiety and her skills in dealing with such. I have never met a better counselor. My entire family including extended family has seen all the positive changes. I wouldn't send all my friends and there children here if I didn't believe in her whole heartedly

Very Unprofessional. She mixed the appointment dates up and would not admit she was wrong. Instead of admitting her mistake, she got defensive and dismissive. Don't waste your time. Unorganized and building smelled. Better off finding somewhere else to go, at least your time won't be wasted and you won't get treated badly and lied to.??
