Would give a ZERO star Terrible. Do not reccomend. Was great at 1st with my ptsd and combat things but when it came to my family she refused to meet with my wife and I as a couple bc she said there was conflict already. The va does not care about spouses unless its to teach them about coping with our ptsd. My wife has ptsd and Lois treated her horribly for asking for a together session so she could try to have Lois help with a communication barrier. Had to leave her and find a therapist who values marriage and will work with my partner when it’s needed. My wife has been there for me through everything and has done more than most wife’s would when it comes to my combat ptsd and understanding flashbacks and triggers but spouses are treated like garbage by the system and then they’ll try to make us hate them too. To other veterans look out before she destroys yours.

Lois is a special, caring, spirit filled beautiful lady with the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to help those of us in need, to overcome the incidents of our military past, to better live in the present and to have a desire to look forward to the future.
