Our families experience with Lois was bad. She never even saw my daughter in person, it was only via telemedicine yet she could somehow override all the specialists who have seen our child in person. She also wasn’t honest and made false allegations about my child. Even though this isn’t my first child, she made us feel incompetent to parent and questioned everything we did even though we know our baby way better than she does. She also said my breastmilk was super low calorie and made me stop giving my preemie my milk during cold/flu season. I got my milk tested privately and she didn’t really believe the results at first and still made me fortify my breastmilk despite the results being astounding. I switched dietitians and the new one thought it was way too much volume and fortification for my baby to handle. Ms Kaiser didn’t care at all about my daughters discomfort. She clearly does not have children of her own. I’d never recommend her with her know it all attitude.
