Very insensitive to my needs , rude, and arrogant ! Doesn't listen when you talk and doesn't listen to your concerns. When you try to explain something to him, its like he doesn't ever hear me and he talks right over top. On one of my return visits I asked to see a real MD and was given a appt. with Dr. McAbee but on arriving I saw Louk CNP again ! I intend on contacting the Government funding complaint line and telling them how I was treated. He has never listened to my heart and lungs.

He doesn’t listen to his patients and changes prescriptions for them without lettingthem know, with the patients only finding out that they have been changed when they pick there prescription up. Not very good bed side manners either. Needs to learn and listen to his patients.
