Beware of this office! Rough, rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. The female massage therapist manipulated injury in direct conflict with the surgeon's recommendation. Was on track for smooth recovery but left limping. Her personal and physical treatment were so rough that I called the surgeon at Boston Children's Hospital to request removal of Long Pond Physical Therapy from their referral book. She is not a doctor, but made bizarre, incorrect diagnostic statements.
