I first came to this practice because of a recommendation. I keep coming back because of Lori Kropfelder. Her approach, demeanor, outlook, attitude, and attention to detail are beyong compare. In this day and age when the rush of the world can sometimes make you feel like cattle, entering this office is applying the brakes. Reception is always pleasant, the initial weigh-in is efficient, and their new office is uplifting. I won't take my child to any other pediatric practice!
