Dr Leiman was excellent. I feel like a fool for ever seeing anyone else. She took her time, learned about my hearing, quickly researched a medical condition that I have that complicated my case, and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision. A free appointment with a hearing aid fitter can be tempting (especially if they are closer to you), but they just are not worth it. I also need to point out that, without exceeding my insurance benefit, she was able to find me a significantly better hearing aid than my old ones (for the same price). Mine now have Bluetooth, rechargeable batteries, remote smartphone control, and FAR superior sound quality. They are also significantly more comfortable. My 12 year old likes to tease and say that I have forgotten the word 'what' since the upgrade. P.S. Don't be afraid to ask for a follow-up adjustment if you need it
